Last September, Fly London opened another exclusive store. Located at 230, Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon, this unique space presents FLY London footwear, clothing and accessories. Following the motto "Always progressive, Never conventional," the FLY London shop is a space where clients are invited to interact directly with FLY London collections and its multicultural spirit.

Surfaceslab VASP partner in Portugal – Creativesystems – developed and installed the whole RFID in store solution. All products are identified with a RFID label and this RFID solution adds value to Fly London and their clients at two different but complimentary levels: logistics optimization and consumer interaction.

Logistics optimization at the store takes advantage of RFID technology in the Reception, Inventory and Anti-Theft processes. The complete RFID in store integration allows the increase in service level through replenishment and inventory optimization.
The consumer interaction is provided by Surfaceslab Smart Floor and allows a client to try a product and, at the same time, see his image projected on a screen, in real time, on a street of London, Tokyo or New York! This technological approach is also extended to the screen located at the front window that interacts with any client passing by.

The Smart Floor was result of a new product development project carried out together with Creativesystems where the market driven approach was fundamental to the success of the whole interaction solution. This Surfaceslab new product – Smart Floor – is now available to all Surfaceslab partners and clients.
